Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

The rooms look run down already. Very poorly maintained rooms even though it’s a new property opened this year. A very basic amenities and fittings in the bathrooms are very poor quality materials leading to rust and wear, hard water mineral buildup, and installation problems
