The view of the ocean from the French doors was stunning. Hummingbirds & chipmunks played in the brush just outside. It could be very cute with some updates, maintenance, reduction of some clutter and a better bed. Our biggest complaint was the bed mattress was so soft we ended up sleeping on the living room floor on our backpacking mattress pads for they were more comfortable. The shower is very dark and tiny. The pedestal sink and turn on faucet in the shower needed to be tightened. The refrigerator door could not open all the way due to it being too big for the kitchen. The lounge chairs and carpet were very worn. The kitchen table chairs were wobbly. The tv was very small but the cable and internet worked well. The scenery out the window along with the trail to the beach were very nice. Instructions to park perpendicular to the front house should be given. (did not know we were sharing the spot with another car and paralleled parked to get off the road as were stated in the instructions.). Given the state of the bed and chairs along with the maintenance that needed to be done I feel it was overpriced. ##### Brett M.
