The staff here were so friendly and amazing. They had everything ready for my late check in so that it would be a quick process and check out was just as smooth. My room was clean and comfortable. I will most likely stay here again for my next business trip in the area.

Expedia did not have info on the pool fitness center And kitchen being closed for renovation. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool. Toilet in guest room was very small and too low to the ground. Limited toilet paper supplied Shower hot water would go back and forth from hot to cold unexpectedly. The breakfast area did not havre coffee or tea. You had to walk down the hall to a conference room to get coffee, don’t know why but very inconvenient. There was a Fairfield Inn very close so next time I’m going there.

The property was very nice, we were not told ahead of time the pool wasnt open or the kitchen wasnt operating. We came up from south jersey for my husbands funeral in Randolph. I just feel that if people are expecting a breakfast they should be compasiated somehow. Anyway everything else was wonderful.

Breakfast was In a paper bag. AC is hot air only. WiFi password didn’t work, needed to ask for another. Shower switch on spigot to direct water to shower head is hard to pull/press.

Hotel is not that good looking, they are doing some construction, Breakfast is ok, Room was too hot. We tried to reduce heat but it was still hot and it disturbed our sleep

I know the property is undergoing renovations. We were looking forward to using the pool/gym for the hockey team while here but it was closed. This was not noted while we booked the hotel or any price adjustments made.

Pleasantly surprised
We had low expectations, but were pleasantly surprised. It was hard to find a budget-friendly reservation anywhere in the area on a fall Saturday night. We took a chance here and everything was a-okay, no regrets. The dining area was under construction when we checked in on Saturday - and was brand new on Sunday morning, as if by magic. Recommended as a safe no-frills stop.

The entire property is under construction and smells like cigarette smoke. We came here so my kids could use the pool and it is closed and under construction. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have made other arrangements.

Just a nice place. Second time I stayed there. Feels like home. Clean… comfortable…. Excellent breakfast, cheese omelette, bacon, muffins, pond cake and much more. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly. It’s a good place… I will return.

The place was clean however the one of the elevators didn’t work, The TV didn’t work 2 out 3 days of my stay. Finally my toilet was not flushing properly. I was in town for my dad’s funeral and the stay was anything but nice or comfortable. I won’t stay there again.
