The Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver where it's located is charming and visitor-friendly.The communications between us and property management were diplomatic, friendly and promptly addressed.Well-supplied with amenities and supplies. Indeed, this is both a family-friendly and pet friendly property with parking in the back adjacent to a spacious, outdoor yard with seating.Plenty of room for everyone to find their own space and relax.Walking distance to coffee, cafes, dispensaries (!) with easy vehicle access to freeways, downtown Denver and environs.We look forward to staying here again.Very highly recommended! ##### Kim B.
