Property Care \- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy. Pet Policy: \- No Cats Allowed: Please note that we do not cater cats in the property. \- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300. \- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights. \- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins. \- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host. We can also accommodate early check-ins whenever the property is ready and no issues are present.
