This Victorian-era home is nestled in the amazing Highlands Square which overlooks Downtown Denver and is steps away from entertainment! The famous Highlands Square is lined with boutiques, wine shops, bookstores, bars and delicious restaurants! This home is in a lush and green neighborhood with trails and shopping and backs up to four diverse districts: Highlands Square, Sloan’s Lake, Tennyson Street and Lower Highlands (LoHi). Everything is within walking distance or a short Uber ride away!

This was our first trip to Denver and this house was perfectly located to explore the area. Tons of great food, cafes, and workout studios just a short walk away. We were with our two toddlers, so it was great having a playground (highland park) just a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very quick to respond and even allowed us to check in early last minute. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Denver.

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood was great and parking was easy. It was quiet, but not far from great food options and all the sights Denver has to offer. Walking distance to a great bagel spot and also breakfast burritos. Also near a nice park. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Having a washer and dryer and a backyard were a huge plus. One small issue for us was a very strong air freshener smell in the home and on all the linens (from scented detergent). If you have sensory sensitivities like us, keep that in mind. But overall, we highly recommend this place and would love to return. A great home away from home.

Home away from home

My family of 5 was looking for a place to stay in Denver and we lucked out on this one. Great location. My husband and middle child went to the Metallica concert at Mile High Stadium and I was able to drop them off and they walked home after the concert was over both Friday and Sunday. I felt safe staying in with my youngest child while they were at the concert. We did explore the Prairie Meadows Mall which she loved! (20 minutes away) My other teenage daughter had plans with her friends in Castle Rock and we were able to meet up with them easily with great restaurants, shopping, and food. I loved that we could do laundry and prepare our food around everyone’s schedules. Next we are heading to Colorado Springs for more scenic adventures but the Denver home will hold special memories for our family! Thank you so much!

Great neighborhood

Great rental and wonderful food and drinking options within a couple of blocks. We were there for baseball game and RR concert. on the weekend there were tents / farmers market on Saturday and Sunday. So much fun to check out!

Denver Visit

Our family spent 3 nights in Denver in July. The house was in a very quaint neighborhood and we were able to walk to various restaurants. We liked the close proximity to the downtown area and the Rockies stadium. The private backyard was also very nice.

Good times

Great location to access downtown and shows at RedRocks. Would have been nice to have washcloths for the showers, but all else was good. Enjoyed the comfy couch and TV. Check in/out was easy as it gets. Would stay here again if given the chance.

A weekend with Family

We enjoyed a wonderful stay to watch my son play basketball in the area and then celebrated, my son’s, my dad’s and my husband’s Birthdays by going to the Nuggets game. The home allowed us to spend quality time together. It was close to Ball arena and the perfect place to enjoy time together. It was such a cute, clean and comfortable home.

Sweet neighborhood cottage

We needed a place to lay our heads while in town for a baby shower. It was in the perfect location, a few blocks from a great “downtown” with great restaurants and a market on Sunday. The house was easy to get in and out of. Everything was as it was described in the listing. Ronny was so easy to communicate with and very responsive!!!

Perfect location!

My family loved staying here! The house was perfect for us, and the primary bedroom was very comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee in the private backyard and walking just a few blocks to wonderful restaurants and shops. An added bonus was that my son lives a few blocks away :). We will definitely stay here again!
