We were there with family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Two sets of grandparents, and our adult children were there for the event. It was so wonderful for each of the parties to have their own room. With the grandparents having some mobility issues, it was nice that there were plenty of bedrooms on the main floor and that they didn’t have to deal with stairs. I can honestly say that I have never had beds in a rental home be as comfortable as what we experienced this weekend. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed spending time out on the back porch and enjoying the wonderful Colorado weather on the outdoor furniture. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, but it looked very nice as well. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was in a nice location that made it easy to access I-25 to easily get around the city. With 8 travelers whose ages are from mid 20’s to late 80’s, we could not have been more pleased with the layout, the cleanliness, and the beautiful decor. The patio space outside is icing on the cake. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet; and the grocery store is literally one mile up the road. There is nothing we would change about this rental.
