The location is hard to beat being minutes from the Douglas County Fairgrounds, Downtown Castle Rock, Castlewood Canyon, the Castle Rock hiking trail, grocery stores, local eateries, Philip S. Miller Park, Castle Rock incline, as well as the Castle Rock zip line and epic sky trek adventure tower. The property is easily accessed off Interstate 25 (I-25). Embrace full vacation mode by starting your day on the covered patio with a cup of coffee and finishing your day watching your favorite movie on the plush and roomy couch by the gas fireplace. Cable TV(with movie channels included), Netflix, and Hulu provided on 5 TVs located throughout the house for your viewing pleasure. Save money and build connection by cooking a meal in the kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, coffee maker, and cookware. Enjoy drinks and friendly competition with the basement marble bar and pool table. The large master suite boasts a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large sink, and vanity area to get ready at, king mattress, and large flat screen TV. While this property is 3 levels, guests with mobility concerns can comfortably access a main floor bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, and living room spaces. We are prepared and eager for little ones to stay with us! This home is conveniently stocked with a toddler booster seat, a highchair, portable crib, bedside rail, step stools, a stroller, a baby gate, as well as age-appropriate bowls, plates, cups, and utensils for young eaters. When you stay you and your crew will have full access to the house and fenced off backyard. 5 bedrooms with comfy Serta mattresses, 4 full bathrooms makes this a comfortable place for friends and family to spread out. Access to a 2-car garage and driveway available for those needing to park at the residence. We know how important family animals are and value the experience of being able to travel with them.
