In the description it says occupancy 12, not exactly the case. You can get 12 if you utilize the provided air mattress and have one person sleep on each couch but as far as sleeping in beds only sleeps 8\. It has such cute curb appeal but the effectiveness and location of the house itself is what stole our hearts. My husky is perfect but definitely a quintessential escape artist if there are holes in a fence. Jeff’s backyard was spacious, a great space, and the fencing was tall and PERFECT; we were even able to leave her happily napping out there while we packed without a worry in the world of escape. The home has a lovely basement perfect for gathering and many spacious rooms that sleep nine before pull-out couch and air mattress. We plan to make this our regular spot in Denver if we can.
