This home is a peaceful retreat, not a party spot. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If house rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
🔑 OWNER/MANAGER ENTER POLICY
We respect your privacy! However, we reserve the right to enter the property for necessary reasons such as maintenance, repairs, emergencies, or if we feel the house rules are not being followed.
🕒 Except in urgent situations, we will give you at least 24 hours’ notice and do our best to coordinate a time that works for you.
🐶 PET POLICY
We are dog-friendly! 🐾 Maximum of 2
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250/month.
A second dog is an additional $125/month.
👶 CHILD SAFETY NOTICE
This home is not childproofed. Guests accept full responsibility for the safety of children and infants on the property.
📅 TRAVEL INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through your airline, car rental company, or a travel insurance provider.
⚠️ We follow a strict cancellation policy and cannot offer refunds outside of the policy—this includes:
Travel delays or changes
Covid-related issues
Date changes (considered cancellations if new dates are later)
You can review your cancellation terms under your reservation or directly through the booking platform. Most guests have 48 hours to cancel for a full refund (unless booked last-minute).
