Did not check in there was a glitch in dates I booked and the hotel would not work with me. So I had to trash the money spent on this reservation and re book for dates needed. At least hotel could have applied monies to correct reservations. I was very excited to stay at your hotel and waited for this opportunity, hence I rebooked, though very disappointed to have lost my monies. See you soon

Very historic building with a lot of character. Helpful staff and comfortable rooms. A bit noisy outside at night and smaller, less modernized bathroom were the only reasons I didn’t rate a 5.

The Oxford is a cool, well taken care of property with great staff. But buyer beware. We stayed at the Oxford on a Saturday night with a room that faced out onto the street. We were kept up from the hours of 10:30pm through 3:30am by people yelling, cars backfiring, and eventually, police, fights, and all kinds of noise. It's unfortunate because the hotel, people, etc. were amazing, but note that it's a busy area when you book.

I love staying at The Oxford Hotel. Their customer service from check-in to check-out is outstanding. Alex is always kind, helpful and knows what she is doing. She has great recommendations for food as well. The valet Stuart is very funny and ready to help. These 2 individuals are a true asset to this hotel.

Super friendly staff. A mazingly comfortable bed. Room is spacious but bathroom very small I’d rather have large room and forgo a big bathroom. Super convenient to restaurant and shopping.

Love the hotel and the area, but beware of the “ resort fee” . never disclosed by either Expedia or the hotel. I had paid in full through Expedia, and I did not appreciate the additional charge to my credit card. Expedia made it right, but the hotel was no help.

Cute historic hotel, convenient to Union Station. Nice decor for the holidays, good restaurant and spa. Valet parking, but expensive. Continental b-fast ended too early (9a) and there were not tables. Also it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The accommodations were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. My lower rating is only due to the lack of refrigerator or microwave in the room. No vending machines. Had to request ice from the desk. The continental breakfast was dried out pastries and muffins. Would have expected better from this caliber hotel.

LOVE this hotel
Our favorite hotel for city stays, we feel at home here. It's all top notch - the BEST location, especially for walking; super friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile; thoughtful amenities and special offerings like live music and whiskey tasting in the evening; interesting architecture, art and history, beautiful rooms. Stay here at least once!
