You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### The Good Times Pool House- Walk Out Basement Only

Welcome to my home! My walk-out basement is ridiculous. With a separate entrace through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, WiFi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the private pool area, 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas fireplace, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Have fun!!  
  
\*No pets allowed (sorry). No glass allowed in the backyard. No more than 4 people total to sleep over. No parties allowed, unless approved by host before booking. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, and keep an eye on your kids.  
  
Host lives upstairs and is available by phone to answer questions.
