It is conveniently located within walking distance of the capital and downtown activities. There is a funky bar right across the street with good food and cocktails. This old home has been renovated with a very top-end kitchen, washer/dryer, nice linens, very comfortable beds, and a nice outdoor space (for spring & summer). Wonderful roomy outdoor space w/ grill. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with a full shared bath were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, though fridge did not have an ice or water dispenser. We were in town for a wedding and the master bath was tricky to get ready in due to a lack of counter space, inadequate lighting and a low mirror. There was also no full length mirror. These issues were just particular to our situation and had we not needed to dress up, they wouldn’t have concerned us. ##### Erica C.
