Walk to museums, Convention Center, shops & cafes. The Art House Denver is a luxury, 6-story townhouse nestled in a private garden enclave in the vibrant Golden Triangle neighborhood. There are 4 beds and 6 baths; parking for one car is included. A grand central staircase winds up through every floor, illuminated in all seasons by a huge glass skylight roof. Two mountain and sunset view decks, and a lush patio and terraced garden in inner courtyard make up the private outdoor spaces. The house is well equipped for short and longer stays, with dedicated work areas, formal dining room and casual breakfast area, a huge gourmet kitchen with Jenn Aire and Sub Zero appliances, and two spacious kitchenette/bars on other floors. Living room has a smart TV, gas fireplace and large sofa for cozy gatherings under the soaring ceiling with stunning original art and high windows overlooking the back courtyard. Lots of room to spread out! This is a 6000 square foot residence with separate library/office, a music and game room with grand piano and a top floor spacious work or workout den. Forgot your yoga mats? We've got you. High end decor and art throughout the house create multiple areas to gather or to find private, quiet spots to rest or relax. The Art House Denver is ideal for large family groups, girlfriends’ getaways and corporate retreats, and for elegant gatherings. Excellent for convention attendees to be under one roof, host small events or workshops - there is large white board for brainstorming sessions! I shared the house with several colleagues to attend a conference at the convention center. Having the bedrooms spread out over multiple floors gave us each a sense of privacy and space, but it was great to have the common main floor to spend the time in as well. The kitchen was gorgeous, as was the rest of the house. It was about a 20 minute walk to the convention center, which was kind of nice in the good weather. And the house is also within a half block of an amazing coffee shop (Metropolis) and one block from of the best sandwich places I've ever eaten at (Leven). It's also a 3-5 minute walk from museums and the park. The only thing to possibly keep in mind is that the fourth (ground floor) bedroom does not have a full bath, so if sharing with colleagues, someone should be OK with walking a few flights up in a towel to borrow someone else's bathroom :) I'd say it brought us closer! The house is well appointed, mattresses were very comfy (a couple of us split the kings, while others got their own beds), and the communal spaces were great for us to hang out. There’s a ton of natural light in the house and its verticality meant that the view from the roof deck was incredible! Watched the fireworks (4th of July) up there and had a great time. The elevator helped a lot as well, so folks didn’t have to schlep their bags all the way up to the top. Jun 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Graduation 2025 We rented this house for my daugther’s graduation. We needed a space that was close to DU, had separate living spaces for several different family and friends. It was perfect. This house is absolutely stunning. We have been coming to Denver for the last four years and this house is by far the most beautiful and comfortable property that we have stayed at. We also worked with Chef Camille, who was recommended by the property owner, to come up with a wonderful menu and lunch for my daughter's graduation. It was nothing less than spectacular. I would highly recommend this property and all of its amenities. It created great and long lasting memories of this very special occasion. ##### Heather W.
