Five generous bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests with 3 queen beds upstairs, queen/twin bunk and two twins in basement Cook & dine. A chef-ready kitchen, gas grill and large table makes group meals easy. Free parking for 4+ cars driveway/street Fast Wi-Fi & Smart TVs Washer/dryer and supplies 15 min to downtown Denver, 30 min to Red Rocks. 5 BEDROOMS Three bedrooms on the main floor, each with queen beds. Two bedrooms on basement level one has two twin beds and one has a queen/ twin bunk bed. Basement sofa is a double pullout. BATHROOMS Main floor has one bath with a full shower and tub & single vanity. Basement bathroom has a nice size shower and double vanities. AMENITIES Game Room has foosball table & air hockey table, as well as a large bean bag chair with a comfy couch. Kitchen is WELL stocked with everything you need. Pots and pans, mixing bowls, knives, measuring cups, ninja blender & LOTS of counter space. Spices have accumulated over the years, so there should be a nice variety there for you. Back Patio is fully covered, with string lights, a barbeque, a comfy patio sofa sectional as well as a dining table that seats 4\. Cornhole boards are available for fun in the massive back yard. Laundry Room is stocked with detergent and dryer sheets 2 Smart TVs - one in the upstairs living room and one in the basement. We ask that guests park in front of the gate to the backyard and refrain from opening the gate. The propane tanks were empty and the kitchen had a film on the counter tops. The toilets started flushing slowly and eventually over flowed and flooded the basement. There were no disinfectants available in the house to clean the mess. The host did call a plumber but then accused us of plugging the toilets and flooding the basement. ##### D E. Beds were comfortable, the house is very cute, but could have been a little cleaner. We didn’t get to use all the amenities the place had to offer. I would recommend this place. ##### Shana N.
