Your guest retreat is a fully finished basement suite, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The modern kitchenette features a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a cozy evening snack. Unwind in the inviting living area, where a plush sofa and soft lighting create the perfect atmosphere for movie nights, reading, or playing board games. Two cozy bedrooms ensure restful nights, while the contemporary bathroom boasts premium fixtures for a touch of luxury during your stay. Named in honor of the host’s granddaughter, The Olivia Suite has its own private entrance with an electronic keypad lock and a fenced backyard, ideal for relaxing outdoors in Denver's beautiful weather. We live on the main level with our cat, giving you space and quiet in the guest suite. While we're out of sight, we're quick to respond if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask. After living in Denver for nine years, were happy to share recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, parks, or any local gems you'd like to discover. For your comfort, our home has central air and heat, which we manage from the main level. If you'd like the temperature adjusted during your stay, simply send us a message. The guest suite also features three large egress windows that can be opened for fresh air, plus fans and extra blankets in each bedroom to ensure your comfort year-round.
