Close to hospital and food

Rooms are clean. Close to freeway, hospital, food. Staff wasn’t very friendly especially at check in. Parking wasn’t ideal.

Pros: Easy to get in and out of.
Cons: The mattress was worn and had a dip. Hard to keep things like this new all the time.
Location: Great location. Lots of chooses nearby with easy access.
The day we were there we had a water shut off that effected floors 3 and up. Again maintenance is necessary. I felt like the hotel tried to pick a time of day when most guests are out of the rooms.

Nice hotel and close to mall

Hotel is close to Colorado Mills mall, restaurants and light rail. The rooms are nice but are in need of some updating.. Hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Nice lobby....BUT AGING AND NOT WELL SERVICED

Nice lobby, but it is aging and poorly staffed. Front desk staff is unattentive, chit chatting while you wait in line. Elevator broke twice during my stay and I had to walk down from the 6th floor. My shower drain was clogged and couldn't get it fixed over three days. No comp coffee in morning, instead they charge $3.25 for a small cup of to-go coffee. Pass. Much better places.

A little more attention to detail....

We were surprised to see that they automatically charge your credit card in the amount of $100 for 'incidentals'...and do not refund it for 3 days. I wonder if they invest the money for a short period of time...or whether they have a high rate of theft! It is a very attractive hotel. The pillow mattresses are a little soft to manage when climbing in to bed and the comforter-quilt is very heavy. One thing that did not happen was that they did not have maintenance work on the slow-draining sink in the bathroom as we had asked and also left a note. The only other problem for us, at least, is that the furnace is very noisy when it comes on. We kept waking up when it would start.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to company policy, we do have to take an authorization for incidentals, but it is held for the guest to make charges to the room. Great hotel for a business trip. Nice staff, clean rooms. Needs a little TLC. There was plaster above our sink that was coming off. Comfortable sheets and bed.

Regarding the updates of the rooms, we are scheduled to renovate the guest room bathrooms in 50 more of our rooms starting in December, so the next time you visit you will see these updates!
