Much needed respite after hospital stay.

Very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed hotel. Room service meal was excellent and as was breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel but not my favorite!

Pro’s - staff, shuttle service, breakfast, cocktails hour! Pool and gym were really nice. Con’s - Spa didn’t work, ice maker in our floor didn’t work, no window option in room & it was stuffy, no patio or outdoor area. Also, no table in the room.... we like to play backgammon!

Hot tub disappointing

Picked this hotel because of the indoor hot tub. It could maybe fit 6 people in it. Tiny, awkward and uncomfortable. The jets weren't working and the hotel didn't have hot water all night. We won't be booking this hotel again. Good news is the gym and regular pool are enormous.

Close to hospital and food

Rooms are clean. Close to freeway, hospital, food. Staff wasn’t very friendly especially at check in. Parking wasn’t ideal.

Excellent hotel and service

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Denver West for a single night. The hotel is very nice and the hotel staff and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. The second bed's sheet had a black smudge on the corner.

Good pool, bad room

They are trying to save the world one plastic trash bag at a time, but when you have a dirty diaper and no trash bag, it's not very nice. The room sleeps 4, but they only give you 3 bath towels, the water temperature in the shower is tepid at best, there is no free breakfast, but you can buy a high prices bowl of cereal. The bathroom was awful. There was hair on the wall, loose tiles, and this horrible repair attempt on the front of the vanity where they tried to nail up some weather stripping and then paint it? The pool was great though. It was warm and clean.
