It is very roomy and also has a very "homey" feel to it. The couch in the living room is very comfortable. I really appreciated that this host had plenty of cookware, utensils, and also spices to use in the kitchen! The bathroom is pretty small, but is well stocked with shampoo's conditioners, and the linen closet is filled with towels! The owner was super responsive and accommodating, house was well stocked with everything one would need and the kids loved the board games, table tennis and especially the Pac-Man arcade game! The location is fantastic as you have easy access to I-70, the Highland area restaurants and shops, parks and playgrounds, and downtown is close by. It's also on a cul-de-sac and super quiet with almost no through traffic. The decor and layout is cozy and you'll feel right at home. Highly recommended! ##### John C. It is clean with some good space to hang out in. There is everything you need to cook and clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver. ##### Ryan M. Communication from hosts was great with quick responses to questions. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, we were able to easily do laundry throughout the week, our kids had games to play while we were at the house, A/C worked well (bonus, since it was over 90 degrees the whole time). The only thing we wished we had had was a fan in the bathroom--it got pretty hot in there during showers, and I would've liked to have had something to suck the stink out after my husband spent time in there... :P ##### AMANDA D. It is very quiet and appears safe. Lots of parking for guests and it is close to shopping although not walking distance close. It includes a large, 65”, TV streaming Roku. Internet: 300Mbps download, 23.6Mbps upload. We were here the month of July, 2024 when the outside temperatures were in the high-90s and the AC fully up to the task. Carport: This is a bonus seldom available on rentals-- particularly since Denver is subject to occasional hail storms. NEGATIVES Bathroom: It is small and the vent fan needs replacing. ##### Dick C. Kids weren't stuck to their phones since there was actually something fun for them: pool table for the adults, ping pong for the kids. Plenty of room inside and out.
