We enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants. The property has a lot of very cool features and lighting options in every room. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold, snowy weather we experienced. Brett was a great host, responded quickly to questions and puts a great deal of care into making guests feel welcome. The rooftop deck quickly became our favorite spot, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the stunning city views. The host truly went above and beyond, making us feel like we were staying in a luxurious hotel. The location in LoHi was ideal—convenient to local restaurants and bars, and just 25 minutes to both Red Rocks and the Denver airport (traffic permitting). We also appreciated the secure garage, which made parking a breeze. We used this spot as a base for day trips to Boulder and Colorado Springs, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. We came with another retired couple to visit Denver and go to a concert at Red Rocks. We had heard that this was a good neighborhood for restaurants and walking, which it was. The apartment/loft was perfect - comfortable and attractive with a spectacular view and lots of lounging room on the loft.
