The pool was out of commission which was pretty disappointing, but the hot tub, grill and other backyard amenities were awesome. Property is secluded the perfect amount – can be outside late without having issues with neighbors, but only 20-30 min from airport, Coors Field and dt Denver. Ubers/lyfts were easy. Movie theater room was fantastic, including for sports. Other than the pool, only “complaints” were very minor and likely due to the property description being a few years old. There was no sleeper sofa (we looked everywhere) and one of the bunk-beds was replaced with a normal fullsize bed, but plenty of couches so not a big deal. The pool house/bar had zero furniture and we never found a ping pong table or gameroom, but the other amenities were more than enough. Overall great and would definitely recommend. Only suggestion is for the owner to consider updating the VRBO profile slightly. ##### Jon A. It’s perfect because if you have the owners set up the guest house then there is a studio apartment with three full size beds where people can just go to sleep to get away from the party. Great amenities and plenty of beds. Very close to the airport. My only suggestion for the owner is to align the welcome book instructions on checking out with the instructions online.
