Living and dining spaces The main living room is bright and welcoming, with a plush sectional and large windows. An open layout connects seamlessly to the dining area with seating for six and a kitchen designed for everyday cooking. Stainless steel appliances, a smart refrigerator, and a stocked coffee station make meal prep simple, while sliding doors open to the deck for outdoor dining. On the lower level, a second living area offers space for games and movies, featuring a foosball table, oversized bean bags, a 55-inch smart TV, and family-friendly board games. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms and nine beds comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. The master suite includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds, and a third is furnished with a full-size bed. On the lower level, a queen bedroom is paired with a bunk room that holds two sets of twin bunks. Each bedroom includes linens, blackout curtains, and thoughtful touches to encourage restful nights. Bathrooms With three bathrooms, there is convenience for every guest. We had 3 teens and families. There was plenty of room for the families to eat together and also have space alone. Each family had their own bathroom which was wonderful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The teens enjoyed the downstairs a lot. It gave them a space to themselves when they wanted it. The kitchen was stocked very well. Things to keep in mind, if you are cooking large meals you may need to pick up larger pots. We made it work but some people may not be able to. The outdoor area left a lot to be desired but again, for us we made it work. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill although it could have used a good cleaning. We enjoyed the view very much. I contacted the property management a few times and they were very responsive and took care of it. We enjoyed Colorado immensely! If you’re interested in white water rafting I highly recommend clear creek rafting company. They were phenomenal! We enjoyed “Garden of the Gods” and Cave of the winds. We visited Golden Canyon state park and saw a moose and her calf on the trail! We also visited Red rocks. We didn’t see a concert there but I heard that experience is amazing! The neighborhood was peaceful and the deck has a nice view. We interacted with very helpful and pleasant staff. Other then a lawn that needed to be mowed and a microwave that is in need of an outlet we had a wonderful time. ##### William L. We were visiting the area to attend a college graduation. We had family ranging in age from 20 something to 80 something. All enjoyed the time we spent here. The home had many beds, which were all comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the main living room for our group of eight. The location was close to stores and felt very safe. Things that didn’t make sense: Small pots, nothing to use to cook enough for our group at once. We literally made the same meal three times so we could all eat. Towels that were likely purchased at the dollar store. Not enough cutlery for our group. Freezing downstairs-couldn’t use the room that was lower for tv or games because it was ridiculously cold. ##### Deborah J G.
