Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Sip your morning coffee on the sun‑drenched deck as the yard fills with light, then gather around the fire pit at dusk while the Colorado sky ignites with stars. Tucked on a quiet cul‑de‑sac in Arvada, this split‑level home offers both space and privacy with easy access to Denver, Boulder and the mountains.

The space
The main level welcomes you into a modern bohemian living room with a plush sectional and large windows. An open layout flows into a six‑seat dining area and a gourmet kitchen stocked with high‑end stainless appliances, a smart fridge and a fully equipped coffee station. Sliding doors lead to a deck where you can grill dinner and dine al fresco before heading down to the fenced yard.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms sleep up to twelve. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed and private bath, while a second room offers two twin beds and a third has a full‑size bed. Downstairs you’ll find a queen room and a bunk room with two sets of twins, plus plenty of books and games for children. All rooms feature blackout curtains and soft linens.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms—two upstairs and one downstairs—ensure no one waits long. Each has a walk‑in shower or tub/shower combo, a spacious vanity and plenty of towels. The master suite has its own bathroom; the second upstairs bath serves the other two upstairs bedrooms, and the downstairs bath serves the lower level.

Kitchen & main living
The kitchen’s stainless appliances, cookware and dining essentials make home cooking easy. Whether you’re preparing a family feast or heating leftovers, you’ll find everything you need. Gather at the dining table or pull up a chair at the coffee station for an afternoon pick‑me‑up.

Lower level & entertainment
Head downstairs to a second living area complete with a foosball table, corn‑hole boards, board games and two oversized bean bag chairs. A 55″ smart TV sets the scene for movie nights, and there’s a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Outdoor living
Enjoy meals on the deck, roast marshmallows at the fire pit and let kids play in the expansive yard. The patio furniture and BBQ grill make the space ideal for summer evenings; some furnishings are stored during winter.

Location & activities
Just minutes from Olde Town Arvada, the Arvada Center and parks, the home is a short drive from downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and mountain trailheads. Quick access to highways makes exploring the Front Range simple, while nearby shops, restaurants and grocery stores provide convenience close to home.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Keep in mind this neighborhood has children outside playing at any given time. Speeding will not be tolerated. Please do not exceed 15 MPH when in residential neighborhoods.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
