What really makes this property shine is the staff. Sandra and Monique ( i may have misspellled..sorry ladies) are so invested in guest experience. In a world where everyone is busy and time is at a premium..these ladies value the guest. Certainly, this speaks volumes for who hired them as well. Thank you, sincerely for your graciousness.

At a glance room looked clean, walls are super thin to where you can hear the next rooms conversations. First night I was there I didnt end up sleeping in my room but the second night I did, went to bed around midnight and was woken up around 4 am, covered in bed bug bites(I'm allergic)and even found one crawling on the pillow. Took pictures and video as proof, told the overnight lady at the front desk and it was like she was she didn't care at all, just wrote down the room number and that was it. No apology, or anything. I went back to my room and checked all my things and essentially wanted until the morning shift arrived mostly becuaee I figured the women on the night shift didn't care to pass along the message (which she didn't) When I talked to the woman on the morning shift her automatic reply was "well why are you just telling us now,you've been here a few days" basically treating me like I'm just trying to get a free room. I didnt care about paying for the room but moreso cared about other people staying in the the room and being allergic such as myself. She gave me the email for the building and I sent them a email with the proof. Received a message saying that if they're contracted pest company found proof I'd be issued a refund, still haven't heard back nor recieved my refund. Definitely will not be coming back here again.

We were very upset and disappointed when we realized that they had changed our reservation without our consent. We booked a double room with 2 queen beds and we paid in advance. What we got was a room with 1 queen bed and one sofa bed. That was not what we had booked. We realized when we got to the room and the front desk agent hadn't said anything about it; we obviously complained but she said that the double rooms with 2 queen beds were sold out. How can this happen? We made a reservation and paid in advance because we wanted a specific room. I'm utterly disappointed, it was a terrible service.

The beds were VERY comfortable! The walls are super thin though. We had noisy neighbors but the front desk called and they quieted down.

They are fraud and accused me of smoking and stealing a pillow , they put me next to a room on a second floor , where the door between the two rooms can be accessed and I could slightly smell weed from the second room by someone and the TV was on and loud 24/7 I could hear at 4 am . Few days After I checked out I found that they charged me a false charge. What A corrupt place management , I asked the girl to provide a proof and camera footages but hung-up on me smoking and proof do the camera she wasn’t able to reply the. She said ohh there is a pillow missing in her defense , I disputed 100$ charge and I hope they get their justice one day. What a mess avoid while you can . This hotel should be sued !!!!

POOL is CLOSED, chose this hotel specifically for the pool set p, need to advertise and tell people the truth when they call and confirm. Free breakfast is very very basic & non accomodating.

The room was not clean, the bed made myself and daughter itch and get red bumps all over, the pool was not open but we were told it was, and the food was horrible. I let the front counter know about the bed situation and all they said was sorry I wasn't even offered a refund or anything

Very nice and clean hotel. Bathtub was kind of squeeky, and the bathrooms were fairly small. Beds were okay. Nothing to write home about. Very friendly staff. Nice accessibility, such as a microwave and refrigerator. For the price? A great deal. The location isn't great at all if you're visiting though. You have to rent a car or Uber whenever you leave or come back.

The staff was very nice, but the facility is dated and I left with several bites on my body that my doctor could not verify, but said was most likely bed bugs....and the neighoring room was noisy 2 nights in a row till after 2 am. I would not recommend to anyone.

I had to stay there for 4 days for snow removal. They kept telling me that they will have the snow taken care of the next day. The carpets reek, like they have had water sitting on them for years and despite leaving the sign on the door not to clean. Our room was clean twice and both times money disappeared.

There was food still in the fridge. The bathroom door was unable to shut and was falling apart. The comforters had stains on them. The tiles in the bathroom were broken. The door locked but you could push it. Very unsafe and not clean.

I disnt like that my card was charged twice from my bank out. Which left me low on funds for other purchases. Spoke with front desk twice and he said he would speak with the manager. Who unfortunately isnt on site.

Nice property, it is by the hwy but the noise didn't bother us too much. Decent hotel, nothing too fancy, perfect for a weekend trip. Staff was super nice & accommodating. Breakfast was really good! Overall great price, great hotel and definitely would stay at again! Thank you!

Good value, clean, and quiet.
The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed was sturdy and comfortable and the pillows had substance. The microwave and fridge were just right. This room had a sofa which was comfortable. The vanity area was outside of the water closet, so it was not steamy. The property was clean and quiet.

It was mentioned in your description that the property has a baby crib and I was shocked when I reached and found out that it doesnt have one and I had to share the bed with my baby which is not recommended at all by the pediatrician. Second, the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast in, doesnt have a high chair for the babies which made having our bf very difficult and inconvenient. We kept holding the baby in one hand and eating with the other hand. Baby chair in Ikea costs 20$, they should afford it!!!

This place is in a state of disrepair, located under a freeway, had one employee with no training, was filthy and seemly. Just pulling into the parking lot, I saw no more than five parked vehilcle (of course... who's gonna stay here! The vehicles were all old beater gang-banger vehicles. Just getting out of my car to go check in took courage! Take this off the Travelocity site and save people the nightmare experience.
