Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) I was woken up at 3:00am Sunday morning by yelling in the parking lot (not the first occasion). When I looked out the window, I saw 5 homeless people roaming the parking lot. I couldn’t fall back asleep after this from worrying our car would be broken into. The neighbors were out drinking, smoking marijuana, and left garbage outside. The place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana from the window AC unit bringing the smell from outside indoors. The upstairs bedroom lock was not usable because the lock was on the outside of the door. The host was great and the property itself was clean, however I did not feel safe in this location.
