Also the down stairs had a terrible smell with holes in the walls & the floor where the drain pipe was going down, was caving in.. The back yard was so nice though. Going to a Rockies game, Red Rock and up into the mountains for sightseeing. It was a little odd that there were no tvs upstairs. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were nice. We couldn’t get the sliding door for the bathroom downstairs to stay closed. Overall a really nice place to stay. ##### Kathy F. We were very impressed with every aspect of this rental. Many times the pictures don’t accurately depict the rental. This was the same but in a very GOOD way. It was very clean, well appointed and well thought out. The proximity to Ted Rocks Amphitheater was perfect. We will be back without a doubt!! ##### Bryan W. We were in town for my husband’s sister’s wedding at Red Rocks which was easily accessible from the duplex. Some feedback: there is no garbage in the upstairs bathroom, there were spiders on the furniture, an ant here or there. I do not do well with bugs especially spiders. The upstairs tub shower began clogging after the second use, but we wiggled the drain stopper and that seemed to help. May be helpful to have a TV upstairs as the basement was freezing! ##### Lisa L. We came to the area for a concert at red rocks. It was the perfect location! Close to the venue, short drive into the mountains for hiking, close to grocery stores and restaurants.
