We were very impressed with every aspect of this rental. Many times the pictures don’t accurately depict the rental. This was the same but in a very GOOD way. It was very clean, well appointed and well thought out. The proximity to Ted Rocks Amphitheater was perfect. We will be back without a doubt!! ##### Bryan W. Reviewer Comments: Hosts are very welcoming, there was even a bag of ice in the freezer for us. Ample dishes, glasses and flatware. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great (particularly in the basement). The best part was the convenience to everything nearby; a quiet neighborhood great for walks, but readily close to Greek festival, RedRocks Amphitheater, Dinosaur Ridge, hiking, etc. ##### Bonnie C. Traveling with our tween/teen kids is always a challenge. They’re too old to share beds/bedrooms and we’d certainly prefer a separate bathroom for mom and dad, and enough space so we can relax without having to make them pretend they’re in a library. Plus we all want a place that’s safe, clean and comfortable. This place was everything we wanted and more. The house was exactly as advertised, well appointed and in a nice neighborhood convenient to local sights and amenities. The hosts were gracious and responsive and were even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our plans changed mid-trip. Extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked including a hand mixer. The way the A/C works, the basement with the master bedroom and bath is colder than the ground floor. There are plenty of blankets. Quite a bit of water leaked on the floor from the master bath shower due to a door that does not fit properly. We did notify the owner and hope this will be improved for future guests. On the main level, the bedroom with the bunk beds, the top bunk sheets had not been washed from the previous renters. The sheets were dirty & had a dirty sock in them at the bottom of the bed. Also the down stairs had a terrible smell with holes in the walls & the floor where the drain pipe was going down, was caving in.. The back yard was so nice though. Overall, the place was sufficient for what we needed it for & only stayed there to sleep. ##### Laurie B.
