Nous sommes arrivés à 17 heures la chambre N°150 qui nous avait été attribué n'étant pas préte on nous a proposé une chambre fumeur ou de revenir dans une heure à notre retour nous n'avions plus la 150 mais la chambre N°133 en bord de route, pour le ménage il reste beaucoup à faire.

When I was checking out, the staff and housekeeping were extremely Norma (front desk) to be exact was rushing me and threatening to call police for no reason and then said I can't rent there anymore, when before that I spoke with another staff member and she was okay with me packing my things and knew my situation. They were also extremely rude to my mother who was just there to help me pack up and check out. Also they had me in a room that had no working heater or air conditioning and I was being charged full price when I actually found out that i was supposed to be paying $75 flat because I had no working heater or air conditioning. Everyday I was being charged and extra $15-$20. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Well everyone is very friendly on property and very convenient for food options and Walmart nextdoor . Cleanies around the property is dirty on actually property some of the guest don't respect the property they leave dog feses I've seen people throw there trash out of the car into the parking area and drive off . I feel sorry for staff at this location because they have to put up with a lot of crap .

My only concern was I have just went to the store and perched a bag of groceries and the maid came in to do a cleaning through the bag of groceries away 60 bucks down the drain . Disappointed in this sinces I'm on a budget .

Bed sheets were dirty and the room smelt like dung. Other than that perfect stay for my drunk night with friends.

Front Desk staff is always helpful and honestly just doing their job, they try and make things work with whatever your needs might be. I understand sometimes it gets frustrating getting told what you don't want to hear, but I do understand it's their job. Nevertheless Jovon, Norma, Rob and I want to say Ashley I'm probably wrong I hope she don't see this and hate me lol but they all are always so helpful so nice super friendly and have always shown nothing but great hospitality to me and my dog (Sparkplug) Thanks for being an awesome team!!!
