Beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom. Very well appointed. The location of the house was close to many area attractions, grocery stores, etc. the house is in a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood. There are tenants who rent the basement of the house. We had no real issues with them. They were mostly quiet and respectful of us.
