There are 2 walk-in showers and one bathtub. There are no cameras inside the property. This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties are not allowed and will be shut down promptly. There is a small fee for the community pool. Please check the website for costs. Smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $600\. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace. The flue is closed and will result in the home being smoked out. Fines upwards of $1000 if there is evidence the fireplace was attempted to be used. We do have a neighbor take out the trash on Sunday nights. The LR, DR, Kitchen "great room" was just perfect. The couch is great for relaxing and the TV is appropriately large. It was clean and was well-equipped. The host, Chennelle, even decorated a bit for the holiday for us. She was very responsive to our questions and minor issues. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails, proximity to everything, plenty of space in living spaces and bedrooms, big back yard. It was immaculate; well appointed; welcoming; host was readily available; and the thoughtful little touches throughout the home were wonderful.
