Nice kitchen, comfortable furniture, big tv with plenty to watch. We really enjoyed the heated tile floors and the steam shower in the bathroom. Beautiful clean patio with spacious yard. 420 friendly outside on the patio was a plus. Andreas was a great host being inviting, but also non intrusive on our stay. Wonderful place to stay and would definitley stay again. 30 mins to Red Rocks 20 mins to downtown Denver. Thanks again Andreas. ##### Sean B. It was extremely clean and upscale, the owner left had snacks and drinks available, the steam shower was very relaxing. We found it to be most comfortable, quiet and impressively appointed! Andreas did a lot of the remodel himself and his attention to detail is precise and exacting. With a very short drive to University Blvd., we were very close to the humming network of roadways that connect Denver and the suburbs...quite a change from our sleepy little town on the southern Oregon coast. We left feeling very rested and well entertained many times with our growing family...and started planning for a return trip next year. Thank you so much and well done, Andreas! ##### Jennifer S.
