Kyle was a fantastic host and the communication was excellent leading up to our stay. We arrived very late and Kyle had turned on the lights inside the home so we wouldn't be in the dark. I thought that was a very kind gesture especially having my 82 year old mother in law with me. We had run in to Kyle outside and he was a pleasure to speak to. You could tell he wanted to make sure our stay was nothing short of excellent. The home was spacious, extremely clean, and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Neither myself or my mother in law had any issue with getting restful sleep. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We spent some time out on the front porch and the neighbors were so pleasant and friendly. This home is in an ideal location as well. You can walk to many great restaurants and it was a short drive from many of the attractions Denver has to offer. We didn’t get a chance to use the backyard, but it was very spacious and had a bbq. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Denver. I would absolutely rent this property again. ##### Andrea O.
