LoHi gem, 2 bedroom private unit with outdoor patio & hot tub!

Perfect,1000 sq ft. space for travelers looking to be close to downtown Denver with easy access to Colorado’s great outdoors. Just south of I-70, access to the mountains, Boulder, Golden and Red Rocks is easy!

Guests will enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 upgraded bathrooms, 1 living room with a TV, a study with a dedicated workspace and a washer/dryer.

The outdoor patio is the largest we’ve seen in the neighborhood—complete with dining tables, seating and loungers, a gas grill, and a HOT TUB!

Within walking distance to many Highlands & LoHi trendiest restaurants and shops. With free unlimited street parking!

During warmer months, the space will showcase its native trees and lavender bushes.

The hallway downstairs has a ceiling is low enough to bump your head (as shown in our pictures) if you're taller than 5'9". Please consider this when you book.

Our property has external cameras for added security.
