ONE SOAP and the soap size is SO tiny.... not adequate for two people in room. Given one tiny shampoo, no conditioner, coffee pots have plastic baskets for coffee pod so i worry about PSAF'S. Good things: comfortable beds and pillows, appears clean, great heat/ac control.

Property is run down a bit. Floor pieces missing in elevator. Card reader for outside door broken so entry is available to anyone. Noisy through walls.

Upon arrival, we were told that the boiler was out of service, so there was no hot water on the premises. We were advised to go elsewhere, so we did. The staff were courteous, and the problem sure wasn't their fault. That was the extent of our "stay".

Only one of the workers who we had talked to was nice and acknowledgeable, the other guy seemed like he’d rather have a different job and gave us little information for any questions we had about the room. The property was clean as well as the rented room, but the fridge as well as the tv did not work properly and the “breakfast bar” was laughable. The hotel itself was easy to get in to and out of, but parking was minimal. As I came here for a vacation, I would have much rather spent the money somewhere else.

They keep my deposit payment withouth sending me any updates on why they were keeping my money! They only told me the deposit for any damage would be back on bank 7 to 10 days! Depending on bank, it has been 21 days and haven't recived anything!

The bed was comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained. The accommodations were roomy. But I forgot my toothpaste and they didn’t have any downstairs. Very disappointed with that.

Mostly what you would expect from a LaQuinta Motel. The breakfast was limited with no effort made to replace food once it was gone. Plan to eat early as soon as breakfast opens fo the day before the food starts disappearing.

My stay wasn’t the best. I woke up to the sound of gunshots from one of the rooms close to me. 5 to 10 minutes later the Lakewood Police showed up knocking on the door adjacent to mine asking that person to come out. The whole thing put me on edge. Wasn’t the best experience for sure. What bothered me the most was that neither the Police or the hotel staff notified me that anything was wrong. When I asked upon check out what had happened, all they could tell me is that there were gunshots and the police wouldn’t tell them much. I’ve stayed in this hotel before, and I’ll probably stay again. I’m sure that this was just an isolated incident.

They wouldn't take my tribal I D. So that was discrimination right off the bat, plus the lady was rude and would except my service animal so I had to stay in my vehicle. The area was unsafe and cops were in their car smoking.

No housekeeping, you have to go get towels. Bathrooms in the lobby are always locked. Ran out of waffle batter multiple mornings. Ran out of coffee, the juice machine was out of order. The shop for sundries etc. was empty. Someone on my floor was constantly smoking. The thermostat in the room didn't work. Pretty disappointing, as I stay at other LaQuinta properties and they are always great.

Dirty. Noisy. The beds were lumpy. The pillows were old feather pillows that were lumpy. Wanted to check in an hour early they wanted to charge $50. Never going back. Suggest you don't go either.

There are a lot of extended stay people at this hotel. They all have dogs - they all come down during breakfast and ask for money, ask you to jump their car, ask for a ride. There is no cleaning service your entire stay - at all. They only clean when you leave. Everything smells like dog poo. Not 1 staff member our entire stay knew how to do anything we asked - they all had to talk to a manager and then would get back to me. Never staying here again.
