The house was fantastic from the moment we walked in. The family room with pool table was a great. the kitchen and amenities including a great coffee machine were a plus. Two balconies, one on the second level and a large one on the third level both with seating areas made enjoying the weather a blast during our down time. Two minute walk to the baseball stadium and tons of restaurants and bars. RiNo area is not far as well and definitely walkable.
