Separate loft area for home office! The community has a great public dog park just right around the corner, with access to several parks in walking distance. The condo comes with a semi-attached garage and ample amounts of lot parking. The garage is also fitted wall-to-wall with shelves so you can store all your Colorado adventure gear.
