Booked this hotel as an overnight stop-over because it was close to the airport. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me to reschedule our room after our original flight had been cancelled.

It was really good hotel enjoyed my stay only thing was i had to ask for towels in pool are and it to awhile to get them.but beds was really comfortable and very clean just wish they had a better smoking area

Pool and hot tub were wonderful

Pros: location, exercise and hydrotherapy facilities
Cons: nothing I could think of
Location: great for the night before your early flight, hotel shuttle and restaurant were good additions to making an early day easier.
I decided to make my early flight easier. My enterprise rental was operating out of this hotel. There are a number of hotels in this area, but from my 60 minutes of research, I think this hotel was the best value for the money.

Drove 16 hours to be greeted hy rude staff and a dirty room.

Clean hotel, comfortable and surprisingly roomy and quiet. Shuttle to the airport was great. Would definitely stay there again.

It was awkward staff just stood there looking at me when I went to the desk didnt say anything for 5 minutes. I asked for my room to be cleaned they didn't after she told me she would. The carpet in my room had huge red stains on it very gross.

DISAPPOINTING

Pros: I did like the shower.
Cons: put microwaves in room and definitely include breakfast. Why pay more and get less ?
Location: restaurant and gas station within walking distance.
No microwave in room. Could not stop air conditioner in any way. Had to pull the plug to stop it. No breakfast !! I look forward to breakfast and was disappointed when I found out that there was none. (there is a restaurant next door if you want to buy everything that should have been included)

We apologize for the Inconvience you experienced while at our property. Please be aware that not including breakfast is a brand standard. A continental breakfast is included at the Holiday inn Express. We pride ourselves on having a full made to order breakfast. With things such as eggs benidict and stuffed french toast our breakfast is truly something worth having. We hope you will consider staying again the next time you are in the denver area
