The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space are what you will find here. \*\*The home is currently undergoing several exciting upgrades designed to further elevate the guest experience. While these improvements will not impact your stay or any reservations, you may notice that certain features differ slightly from the current listing photos, including decor and additions of a Theater Room, Game Room, putting green and cornhole! We appreciate your understanding as we complete the final touches and update the photography to reflect these upgrades.\*\* This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 King Beds, and a room with 3 bunk beds (2 bunk beds have 4 Twins, and one bunk bed has 2 Queens). Primary bedroom with a King-size bed Room 2 has Three bunk beds in it. Two of the bunk beds have 4 Twins, and one bunk bed has 2 Queens. The fenced in back yard includes a fire pit, outdoor seating and a hot tub. There is ample parking in the driveway, garage, and on the street for up to 3 vehicles. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner\`s closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. We welcome you to invite loved ones to get together to enjoy this spacious, colorful home in Arvada, close to all that Denver Metro has to offer. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off the main access freeways to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 5 min away and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. Ride share is readily available throughout the Denver Metro Area. We will send a house guide prior to your arrival that also shares recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Please note: Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am. The home is in a residential area and we ask that you please respect our neighbors. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. We will charge up to $1000 for indoor smoking. We came to Colorado to take my daughter to a concert at red rock amphitheater for spring break. She is a huge music lover, which was part of the reason why I chose this house. I just loved all the unique retro decor and music tributes in each room! There was plenty of space, plenty of beds, the shower pressure was great, there was a washer and dryer which was super helpful because we packed light! Also the backyard and hot tub were a really nice addition. Getting to red rock was super simple and the location in general was great! If we come back to Colorado I would definitely love to stay in this home again! My family had an amazing trip! ##### Casey L.
