I loved the view from the hotel location. Unfortunately the gentleman at the front desk was as unfriendly/even quite rude as they come. Not sure why but also didn't loose any sleep over it either.

The room was lovely and exactly what I needed for my family. Service was terrible. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after midnight. I tried to call as soon as we landed at 10:30 and the phone rang and rang. I tried again en route and the phone rang and rang. We arrived at the facility with a notice that for safety, the door was locked and to pick up the phone that would ring the front desk I did so, and the phone rang and rang. It was not until I knocked hard on the glass did someone wonder up from the back to assist me. Extremely frustrating after a frustrating day of travel.

Loved the easy access to soaps/shampoos/lotions on the walls in the bathroom and I loved the coffee/Tea bar in the lobby. Really good hot breakfast. It has a good variety.

Lily Pad for Backcountry Ski Trip
The Hampton Inn Denver West Federal Center is an excellent choice for hotel accommodations in the west Denver/Golden area. The front-desk staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is safely walkable, and the fitness center is well-maintained. I highly recommend this location if you need lodging in this area outside of Denver.

5 night stay and the breakfast was really good each morning. The bed was comfortable. It was a clean facility. However, felt like I was back in the 70’s. Could not get the cold water to work….yes, cold water!!! One morning, we could not even shower because the water was scolding hot. That same morning, we literally brushed our teeth in hot water. I always look for a Hampton Inn wherever we go because they are consistently good. However, with the exception of the breakfast and the comfortable bed, this one was below the standard.

it is a great hotel for the price. only cons are it is very dark outside the property in the parking lot, a very large parking lot but poorly lit. bed mattress are too soft. other than that great Hotel

Option for extra specious rooms and good service.
We got the really large 2 bedroom suite. It was great to have all the space. They do a pretty good job on breakfast for what it is. My only thing is, and maybe it is weird or overly critical, but there is sort of a creepy vibe overall, especially when you're walking down the halls. The low, white lighting combined with the carpet and the excessive symmetry feels like a hall of mirrors in a horror movie. But the lobby and rooms have more life to them.

Clearly we were not guests!
In many small ways we were not treat as a guest. One morning we were sitting at a table in the lobby enjoying breakfast. We had finished our meal, watching the TV and suddenly the TV turned off. It was 10:00 AM and breakfast was over. Eventhough the kitchen was closed at 10:00 the lobby was open, but with no TV. It felt like we should leave. The TV in our room was not operating correctly. The front desk explained that there was probably snow on the dish on the roof but because there is no maintenance on the weekend there was nothing he could do. Those were two examples of a poor experience .
