My hubby and son called me immediately after they arrived at your facility. My husband said the room with 2 queen beds was so dirty that he had to ask for another room. They gave him a one bed queen for him and my husband to share. But that room was just as bad. He took pictures. The sheets were dirty, the tub had a thick yellow scum and they found pills in the corner of the room. Unacceptable in every way. The room next door had a busted window taped as if someone was thrown from it. I immediately called and got them another room somewhere else. The staff told my hubby that they would have to charge for the one night but would refund the second night. We should have been refunded for both nights! I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

Room has smoking sign but has strong cigarette smell, made all my clothes smell cigarette smoke. Bathroom has no exhaust fan, curtains not washed with strong cigarette smell. All surfaces in the room are sticky, unclean. I'm frustrated. Happy being out of there.

Queen bed had two lumpy pillows and one thin blanket (this is December in Denver). The hard surface floors had NOT if ever been mopped. Everywhere there were grimey fingerprints, and don’t even start with me on the bathroom. I went without bathing for 3 days it was so dirty!

This place has a ton of people that seem to be living at this place. Trash is piled under stairwells. Feels unsafe. The check in was ridiculous. Staff was confused on what rooms they had checked people in. Initially was given keys to an occupied room.😳. That was after waiting for close to an hour determining what room was not occupied. Apparently the other rooms were not cleaned and from overhearing a conversation with the staff/management; this is how they operate routinely. The second night the door would not open. Staff had to poor water through key reader to get open. This place is just gross. Simply stated, find a different spot.

Just terrible
I understand with the cost of rent people have to do what is needed. A lot of people live at the hotel, but i feel as if one particular building should be for those individuals. The bed wad beyond hard and cheap, pillows are flat. Trash was everywhere. They only had 2 staff members working and no house keeping or maintenance to even try and keep it clean. People arguing all night. They say they clean, but they dont check everywhere. My wife Found trash and lighters behind the dressers and night stand. We would not have stayed if it wasn't a trip we had already paid for. Yes my wife looked at reviews it was 6/10,but we didn't think it would be that bad. Obviously someone lied. I will not be stay at this particular establishment again.

shower was cold, the trash can was hidden, the plastic cups that they had in the room where gross, looked like there was ashes from cigarettes in one of the drawers and another drawer had a gross battery left in it.....when we took the card keys back to the office and told her about it she didn't seem to care that we wasn't happy.

Tired Motel, low or out of breakfast items
Very tired Motel. The motel knew that it was the weekend for Taylor Swift Concert and that the New York Yankees were in town. Why weren't they prepared for the breakfast menu. Out of several items such as oatmeal for the two days we stayed. Bugs in kitchen and bathroom area. Carpets looked soiled and dirty. We waited for clean towels and had to go to front desk 3 times to finally get them.

The lady working at the desk was pleasant and the positive ends there. The bathroom was disgusting, something was sprayed all over the wall in the main area and part of the mirror that was an orange color and made me concerned it was from someone doing drugs and it contained blood, I got bit by a spider and my whole hand swelled up.

Our particular room is extremely worn out and run down. It initially looked OK when we dropped our bags off and headed out to dinner and run errands. Upon our return and being able to check the room out more thoroughly, I’m disgusted. One of the shelves in the closet area is hanging out of the wall, just as the toilet paper holder is in the bathroom. The floor is extremely sticky so I will be leaving my socks on the whole time and will forgo a shower - I’m too grossed out to relax here. Thankfully I’m only here for a night. There is an outlet missing an outlet cover. The mirror is partially covering an opening in the wall with electrical wiring in it. The light fixtures are wobbly and crooked.

Very disappointed, booked this about a month in advance and when I arrived there were no rooms. This is last think you want to here after traveling all day. The reason was because they don't have house maids on the weekend!

Think Twice Before Booking Here
This location was short on rooms due to some scheduling errors with their system. We were relieved to have a room set aside for us when we arrived though (we had just driven 12 hours from Utah in terrible weather and it was quite late when we checked in). However, when I scanned my key card and opened the door to our room, I found a woman sleeping. I quickly closed the door and went to the front desk to tell them what had happened. They gave us keys to another room but they didn’t work so we had to go back again. It wasn’t their finest hour I’m sure. Overall, I just didn’t feel safe in the area due to a large amount of sketchy individuals and the general lack of care and upkeep. Wish I would’ve known all these things before booking.

The room was clean enough, but pretty run down. Location was fine, but there were definitely some shady looking people who hung out around the property.
