We got to the hotel at 1am and the lady said that she was finishing with all the work from the day before and couldn’t do the check in in 30 mi.

Hi Alejandra,I'm sorry you experienced a delay at check in. During our overnight, night audit process, we do have to follow system procedures and allow it to close one business day and roll over to the next. During this very short window of time we are unable to make any system changes, including checking in guests.

We always enjoy staying at Embassy hotels. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is always perfect to feed our children and ourselves. We will continue staying the Embassy hotels.

Hotel stay was fine. Clean and comfortable room. Frustrating part- we were taking the airport shuttle to the hotel. I called and the instructions were very clear of the type of vehicle, location and the times of pickup. We waited an hour. Called the hotel and they said the drive was a few minutes delayed. I had to pay for an Uber, almost $30. We pulled in and the shuttle had just pulled up. It has the wrong logo on the van. This was quite upsetting after sitting in the airport all day.

I think the hotel is great. I was just disappointed that $18 a night for parking was not previously stated. Great room though and a nice vibe in the main area.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The mattress was saggy and gave no support; I was up most of the night.

Poor customer service.
Room was great, service sucked. Made reservation for 2 rooms on 1 itinerary, originally, they said they only had one.after 20 m8n of showingvthem the reservation, itinerary and confirmation number, we fonally figured out that that room might be under different name. You figure a manager that deals with reservations from hotel.com would know this and ask, but had to give me a run around for 10 min. Then, never got the free drink coupons. To top it off, apparently their parking gate was broken when we first oarked and didnt realize we had to pay for parking, so when we left at 3 in the morning, we coyldnt get out of the oarking lot. So they charge you $10 to psrk, and then tell uou at check in you shouldnt oark here because cars get stolen and broken in to all rhe time...what a joke.

I do apologize that we had difficulty locating the reservation that was under a different name than the one you gave us. Our parking fees are located on all booking sites as well as at the gates.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast area but had to switch rooms as lights did not work in part of roo but move was smooth to another room. Good shuttle service to airport.

I had booked for two nights due to the time my flight arrived and I needed a late checkout. I left at 6pm but paid for the second night. Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled so I returned to the hotel and was able to get my same room back hassle free. I was thankful and grateful for that. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

Person that checked us in was rude.we have stayed here many many times when flying and have never encountered a rude staff member. They treated me like I was stupid for not reserving parking, when I have never had to in the past and wasnt even aware that it was an option. I wish they would have just explained it was a holiday issue initially rather than give me a nasty look and act sassy.

The last several times we have stayed, the rooms were not very clean. I informed the head housekeeper and she said to let the front desk know. That seemed odd. Also, the breakfast cook loaded the griddle with oil as she made the omelets. Yuk! SO greasy. Also, no sweets like danishes or muffins are provided anymore. Disappointing.
