Manager there was a cool young man. When Expedia failed to associate my breakfast page on my reservation (to appear on Evens Hotel confirmation), he made sure to get in contact with Expedia to confirm my full details. He even included a few cups of coffee for me and my wife. THANK You very much sir, I didnt get your name (you mentioned having family in Tampa,FL as well as Port St. Lucie, FL)

I’ve stayed here before and I was really happy with it the first time but this time not so much. The rooms were a little dirtier than I remembered, had issues with the tv, only 1 of the dual shower heads worked, the check in was not super friendly (last time they gave me a complimentary bottle of water but not this time), the gym didn’t have any clean towels and I went 2 different times. Honestly don’t think I will be back, I can find better quality for the same price

We stayed when it was a hotel of a former name and when it was Even hotels, the same quality was still there and we had an awesome time and appreciate the workout equipment in the room. That is a fun activity to participate in just don’t let the elevation get you!

We liked the comfortable queen beds and fairly spacious room, the excellent walk-in shower. My aging mother didn't want to have to take a shower in a bathtub shower, and that is actually the biggest reason we chose the EVEN Hotel. The cost of having my dog stay at the hotel seemed a bit high, at $75/stay (for us the stay was 2 nights). We kind of missed the complimentary breakfast that's common in most mid-level chain hotels, but I suppose that saved us a bit on the cost. We went to a bagel shop for cheap breakfasts instead of the EVEN dining area because the prices seemed high... but maybe should have given it a chance.

We arrived at the hotel around 2:30pm, check in is at 3:00, the front desk her name is Rena she’s very nice to accommodate us and check us in about 15-20mins early than 3pm, the facility looks well maintained, & rooms were clean. facility is close to walmart so if you need something it’s about 5-7 mins drive only.. it’s an over all great stay and will def. recommend.

Our reservation was canceled after 2 flight delays. They were able to reinstate the reservation, however, the tone of the woman that worked at the front desk was rude and unnecessary. The room was decent, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a wasp in our window and a plastic bag over the smoke detector which they said they were aware of and was because the smoke detector kept making noises.

Lady working at the front was rude and unhappy about bringing a pet with us. The toilet looked like it needed to be replaced. Otherwise it was a great stay.

I am so sorry to hear that your interactions with desk staff was subpar when it came to having your furry friend stay at the hotel. It was nice hotel with a quality room, the tv was able to stream a show from your phone while you could freely use your phone and have the show play. Nice area over all. Drinks at the bar were expensive, granted it was a hotel bar open till 9, I had 2 shots of Jameson equaling $18. Like I said, granted it’s a hotel bar, but having like drink open till even 12 with the snack available and maybe some specials like corona and tequila like half over, cause I imagine they’re still making money on that, more people would be there, getting more, and getting snacks, which were decently priced at $4 a candy bar, out of my budget, but still seems reasonable for a hotel.

Had a nice stay. Unfortunately, very very loud. Someone screaming at 2am until 6am in one of the rooms, I believe there was an altercation. I had call the front desk 3 times.

Shazia, I am so sorry for the noise you experienced during your stay with us. I assure you that front desk did all they could do to make it stop. Unfortunately, the guest continued to be loud, and we had to escalate the situation to get it resolved. Please come see us again!

Wasn't very clear about security deposits requirements for check-in said $50 they wanted $100 when I got there still waiting on my security deposit to come back to me it's been over 14 days very snooty staff talked down to you like they're better than you like they don't have time to help their customers

Hello there, Management has looked into this, and we are not able to see where a deposit was kept, there should only be an authorization held on your account which will be released in three to five business days depending on your bank.

I love the convenience of the property and modern look. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. The only thing I don’t care for is how thin the floors are because you can hear people walking over your head. There was a guest staying over top of me and they didn’t sleep much as you could hear them walking around throughout the night and dropping things. Otherwise the property is wonderful!

I appreciated the daily room cleaning (fresh towels and beds made, floors cleaned garbage cans emptied, etc). I used to take all that for granted. Returning to a room that looks and smells as fresh as it did the day I checked in is something I've missed over the last few years The only issue I had was on the last night of my stay it sounded like the someone in the room directly above mine was running laps all night. I barely slept that night.

Pros= Hotel is clean, bed was comfortable. Cons= No Microwave in room, during check-in was told the coffee in restaurant/store corner of the lobby was free if we used the coffee cups from our room. Next day was told that was not true and that a cup of coffee is $2. Later that day a different front desk staff member told us coffee was actually $4 a cup so 3 different staff members told us and charged us 3 different prices. Next major issue is that shower water doesnt even get hot, it is luke warm at best.

A nice place. A bit out of the way but worth it. Only suggestion would be hot water instead of warm. Qarm water for cleaning a tooth brush is just gross.
