The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom and the common area have 12k btu heater/air-condition units to keep the temp perfect. The back yard is fully fenced in, with covered patio seating , located right next to the hot tub. Inside you will find a kitchen fully stocked with all utensils and spices you will need for cooking. The appliances are updated, including Dish washer & microwave.In the living room you will find a array of board games to indulge in. Musically inclined folks will love the piano and open floor plan to entertain your guests. All rooms have smart TVs and there is free Wifi for you to use.1000s nbs up and 1000s nbs down. Pet and 420 friendly. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for your use. Laundry is located downstairs with iron and ironing board as well. We keep the property impeccably clean, including the hot tub. We offer parking directly in front of the house and the host is available if you have any question or needs during your stay. Lots of games for family and lots of ideas written down of what to do while there. The upstairs shower tended to leak a little when used. And the loft was hard to get too. The tv in the loft wouldn't connect to wifi and the hot tub could use a cleaning. I don't think it really sleeps 14\. But a beautiful house and and a perfect location for us. ##### Lori C.
