Fully updated ranch walk out home in Holly Hills with a large fenced-in yard backing to the Highline Canal open space, outdoor furniture and grill for entertaining. This space has a great floor plan, a lot of natural light and TWO kitchens. This home is newly remodeled, comfortable and clean. Use the gas grill or eat out at any number of great local restaurants. Hop on the light rail just one mile from the house and miss the traffic on the easy ride to the heart of downtown Denver. Cherry Creek also nearby. Bring your bicycles--skip the car altogether and take the High Line Canal and Cherry Creek trails all the way downtown.
