The property could be great but it unfortunately lacks attention to detail. It is surface clean but not really clean. Floors were dirty, especially baseboards and under sofa. Sofa is very worn and bits of leather/vinyl actually come off on your clothes. Very disappointing. When I communicated to the owner about the floors being dirty she replied that she does not have the capacity to check after each flip. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town Arvada, and basically right across the street from a large park with disc golf and an amazing playground that my kids loved.
