Other Things to Note: There is an electric car charger for use next to our Guest Parking spot. We charge $10 a day to use the charger. The unit is the basement/garden level unit of a single family home. The owners do live above. Pets are not allowed. There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
