I loved the beds (cozy bedding and very comfortable) and the communal spaces. We meet another young family here and both stayed, and it was set up very well for this. The hosts require a LOT of additional rules and regulations. This was fine for us, but could be difficult for other people staying here. Also once we got there there were signs saying to not flush toilet paper, which was surprising. They must be having some plumbing issues, which didn't impact us other than the toilet paper, and the basement shower drained very slowly. ##### christina b. It's very large and offers room for lots of fun and people. The owner is very good about communicating. The air conditioner is not central air; it's a swamp cooler. It's very loud. It worked okay for the most part, but bedrooms doors must be left open at night and there is no air downstairs at all. May not be the best place for folks with allergies. I had to use my inhaler often. Still, I would definitely stay here again in cooler months! Thank you for the lovely stay! ##### Virginia M. Five of us chose to share a house rather than staying at the recommended hotel.It was a great choice! From making the reservation to checking out, our hosts were attentive and responsive.We found the home clean and comfortable! It was easy to get to and had off-street, driveway parking, for the 2 vehicles we traveled in.The spacious kitchen, with adjacent dining room, allowed us to visit while we prepared healthy breakfasts each morning. A bit too cold to enjoy the fire pit but we had fun hanging out downstairs playing pool and just chilling out.Highly recommend this home-away-from-home for a fun Denver area visit! ##### Leslie K.
