The front deck was a little bit dangerous because if u lift the plastic there is a hole- having a 4 yr old who is constantly exploring was challenging. The inside was very safe and there was nothing I had to worry about. There was some missing boards on the backyard fence so our pup who is little couldnt be left alone in the back yard. The house was very clean and nice to stay at just for a few days. If you have more than 3 people I would recommend taking quick showers or else you will run out of hot water. I had 6 people in my group and would not recommend showering one after another. There is only a couple extra throw blankets, so id also recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets as well. complimentary coffee is provided which is always a nice addition. We didn't do any cooking on the property but if you plan to, there is a little spice rack, though theres is no salt pepper, or sugar. We chose this home as it was located close to family in Westminster, but also was just 10-15 minutes away from downtown Denver. Great time was had by all! ##### David F.
