The beds were comfortable with all the linens we needed and the a/c was cold. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom and we never ran out of hot water. We didn't do much cooking as we worked late every day, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with a nice big fridge. And the reserved parking was appreciated - even coming home late was no issue as we knew we'd have a spot. The townhome is in a excellent location - close to everything we needed. There were a few things that could have been better. Outside chairs were folding chairs, not a big deal, but the small yard was not neat. The smoke detector was missing and to be installed after we left. The AC wasn't working when we got there. The host did have it serviced ASAP, which was great. There was not a great place to eat food - a table would be a nice addition. The screen door latch was not working nor was there a closer on it. The front porch had ratchet straps strewn upon it.
