Upscale home is 12 min walk to light rail and 5 min to bus routes. Restaurants and markets are all around. 25 min to airport, 25 min to downtown, 20 min to Cherry Creek shopping/nightlife area. Also Cherry Creek State Park, CC Trail, and Highline Canal trail are 5 min way. We spent most of our time on his amazing deck as the weather was perfect and the space is great. The house allows for several good conversation areas as the kitchen is open and spacious. One of Mike’s neighbors asked how our stay was going and even offered us propane or anything else we needed. There is a very good CD collection that we were able to enjoy as well. The refrigerator was completely full except for 1 shelf! There were perishable foods partially used. The ice maker worked 2 days then quit. The trash drawer was empty, but recycling bin in kitchen full of beer cans etc. We even found a half full beer can under a bathroom sink! It was just a very strange arrangement, not what i was expecting at all. Thankfully we were gone every day to a softball tournament and not there much.
