Very clean, nice neighborhood, spacious. It was perfect for our family trip. We traveled to Denver for my son's 16th Birthday and he brought several friends. They stayed downstairs so had their own little space. It is a little bit of a drive from Downtown Denver (20 minutes) but that's all right, there is still plenty of good restaurants nearby. My only recommendation is that there be the typical "handbook" telling you things like check out guidelines, WiFi Password etc... be we got it figured out. We were clueless about the area, but we ended up enjoying our stay here and the area. It wasn't too far away from Denver, but far away enough if you don't want to stay in the big city. The kids LOVED playing ping pong and there were beds for 8 people to sleep after everyone was worn out. We put our 9th and 10th on the couch and inflatable mattress. We had some minor things come up, but the propery manager was quick to respond and has since fixed all those issues. The back yard has a BBQ and patio chairs that were great.
