The main reasons for not giving this a five star rating were the VRBO listing had this as a 1.5 bath unit and it only had 1 bath (although the owner did adequately and quickly address this with us). The were a couple of minor things for cleanliness that were not perfect, but to be honest, it was cleaner than my normal house. The other thing was a lack of smoke detectors and the car parking bbq roof deck, which was fine for us, did not have a railing, so I would not recommend this unit for people with children. The location can’t be beat! Close to downtown, the lovely Cherry Creek Mall and I25! There was a bit of confusion regarding the number of bathrooms, there is only one despite what’s written on the VRBO description… all in all 4 adults fit beautifully and we often enjoyed the front porch.
