We couldn't stand the smell! The house is right next to a busy intersection and near the interstate, so we heard traffic all the time, even at night. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. My kids did enjoy the game room and the theater room, although only the first row of reclining chairs worked in the theater room. The house was great for us, location was central to all of our games. The house didn’t have a washer and dryer so we couldn’t wash our uniforms. A few recommendations, the layout of the living/game room could be rearranged to better use the space. The downstairs bathroom could use a shelf because it doesn't have counter space or storage. This is a great house for young adults. Plenty of activities within the house itself, and plenty of space including a large yard. The house is in good condition overall. Only slight drawback was it's a bit out of the way of everything, and there's nothing really nearby, unless you want to go to Chubby's and punish yourself. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly but also seemed a bit sketchy, so I wouldn't stay here with kids. But like I said, great for a younger crowd. ##### Anton B. All amenities are as advertised. Hot tub works great. Beds are not the most comfortable I’ve ever seen but they’re sufficient. The house is close to Dicks if you’re in town for an event. Shaquan is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and always looking to help! The hot tub, air hockey, arcade games, and lots of other fun amenities kept us entertained for our entire week stay.
