The house was great for us, location was central to all of our games. The house didn’t have a washer and dryer so we couldn’t wash our uniforms. The house was clean and big enough for our my big family. The kids enjoyed the movie room the best. The pool table needs to be fixed, though to fully enjoy it. We couldn't stand the smell! The house is right next to a busy intersection and near the interstate, so we heard traffic all the time, even at night. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. My kids did enjoy the game room and the theater room, although only the first row of reclining chairs worked in the theater room. We loved the home theater and the pool table the most. The kids played games, enjoyed the hot tub. I was able to cook in the stocked kitchen and our dog enjoyed the backyard. A few recommendations, the layout of the living/game room could be rearranged to better use the space. I also recommend a rug under the pool table to keep it from slipping and to help protect the floor from falling pool balls. The downstairs bathroom could use a shelf because it doesn't have counter space or storage. Overall, I was very impressed with the location, the excellent communication from the management company and the fun features this home has to offer. ##### Joshua M. Good service from managers. This is a great house for young adults. Plenty of activities within the house itself, and plenty of space including a large yard. The house is in good condition overall. Only slight drawback was it's a bit out of the way of everything, and there's nothing really nearby, unless you want to go to Chubby's and punish yourself. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly but also seemed a bit sketchy, so I wouldn't stay here with kids. But like I said, great for a younger crowd. ##### Anton B.
